The Story

I specialise in helping individuals rediscover their body, regain their freedom of movement, rebuild their self-confidence, and acquire a genuine understanding of their body.

Having been immersed in the health and fitness industry since my teenage years, I have personally witnessed the transformative power of self-care.

My clients, who come from diverse backgrounds with unique goals, benefit from my extensive experience and skill set. Understanding that customised care is essential, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each person.

I am deeply dedicated to aiding those in search of solutions and believe that a key part of my role is facilitating a renewed connection between individuals and their bodies. Why I became a Sports Therapist

Becoming a sports therapist stemmed from a personal journey with injury and exercise. Having been a coach for many years, I truly grasped the importance of understanding one's own body. With a strong feeling calling to assist others, I became passionate about the idea that age, gender, or starting point should not limit someone's aspirations. Movement, motion or exercise, whatever you do it could happen freely.

I firmly believe that strength and resilience are crucial throughout life's journey, and that our lifestyle choices hold immense significance, often going unnoticed.

Utilising techniques such as massage and acupuncture can provide immense relief and reduce pain, bringing tremendous satisfaction in helping individuals in need. Our bodies may retain memories of past ordeals, even when our minds forget. Reconnecting and realigning are essential for holistic well-being and overall health.

The profound link between the mind, body, and life choices is undeniably compelling, and my ultimate goal is for everyone to discover a harmonious balance of strength and power, while also recognising the importance of rest.

By addressing and alleviating discomforts, we can prevent future injuries, nurture the body, improve sleep, create healthier habits and ultimately achieve better quality of life!! Who wouldn’t want that?!

“ I felt listen too.. understood.. My experience with Abbie was uplifting, always professional treatment… exactly what I wanted and needed” VK
